2008-09 Health Insurance Premiums - All Medical / Dental Plan Premiums are effective through December 31, 2009 (18 Months)

Full-time Medical & Dental Premiums
90% Part-time Employee Premiums
80% Part-time Employee Premiums
75% Part-time Employee Premiums
60% Part-time Employee Premiums
50% Part-time Employee Premiums
Combined Coverage Premiums (Employee and Spouse or Domestic Partner both County employees on same plan)
DSA Full-time Medical & Dental Premiums
DSA Combined Coverage Premiums (2 DSA Employees)
DSA Combined Coverage Premiums (DSA Employee/Non-DSA Spouse)
2008-09 Cobra Premiums
