COBRA Health Coverage

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985(COBRA) is a federal law that requires employers to offer individuals, who would otherwise lose group health coverage due to termination of employment or other qualifying events, the right to continue that coverage for a specified period at applicable group rates.

You can choose to continue any or all of your current medical, EAP, vision or dental coverages. For more information, contact Conexis, the County's COBRA administrator at 800-833-0465.
