If you are taking a medication for a chronic condition such as diabetes on an ongoing basis and your dosage is stable, use the PrimeMail mail service pharmacy to have a 60- or 90-day supply mailed to you. You may save on your copayments and there is no charge for shipping.
New Prescriptions
Step 1: Obtain a written prescription from your provider for a 60- or 90-day supply as allowed by your plan. Your provider can prescribe refills for up to a year.
Step 2: Print and complete the PrimeMail New Order form located at www.MyPrimeMail.com or call PrimeMail at 866-346-7200, Members using TTY equipment can order refills by calling TTY/TTD: 866-346-7197.

Refill prescriptions can be ordered using several methods:

Refill a prescription on the Internet by going to www.MyPrimeMail.com and click on the member link.
To register, you will need your Blue Shield "J" number. If your ID card shows "XEHJxxxxxxxxxx, just enter "Jxxxxxxxxxxx"
Refill by Phone
Call 866-346-7200 TTY: 866-346-7197 and follow the telephone prompts to use the automated reorder system. Members using TTY equipment can order refills by calling TTY/TTD: 866-346-7197.
Refill by Mail
Complete the PrimeMail Refill Order form included in your last medication shipment and mail to PrimeMail at the address listed on the form:
