Configuration: Change Screen Resolution
    Solution: Best viewed at 800 x 600
    Steps: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Screen Area > 800 By 600 Pixels > Ok
Troubleshooting: Receive error message when attempting to open a PDF file
    Error: "There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding"
    Fix: Reinstall "Internet Explorer" then reinstall "Acrobat Reader"
Troubleshooting: Can't view page content when attempting to open a PDF file
  Error: An older version of Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or older) is in use
  Fix: Upgrade "Acrobat Reader" to version 5.0
  Steps: Uninstall Acrobat Reader 3, reboot the computer ,then install Acrobat Reader 5.
